We do not use cookies to sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising or retargeting cookies that track you across other websites for behavioral advertising.
Types of Cookies We Use
Essential cookies are required for basic Site functionality such as sign-in, session handling, form submission, and security. Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors and account holders move through our website and product portal so we can improve them. We use Google Analytics for this purpose, on both our public website and our product portal, configured so that Google processes this information only on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. These analytics cookies receive usage information such as which page was viewed and when, along with the technical information a browser sends automatically. They do not receive the content a student shares or information generated in delivering the Elevated Students service. We do not currently use advertising, retargeting, cross-context behavioral advertising, or session-replay cookies. If we add advertising or session-replay tools in the future, they would run only on our public marketing website, never in the portal, and we would update this Policy and provide cookie choices before enabling them. Functionality cookies support tools embedded in the Site, such as scheduling and contact forms.
Children and Teens
Elevated Students is intended for parents and guardians (who create and hold accounts) and for their teens aged 13 and older whom they authorize. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of, or to serve targeted advertising to, any user, and we do not knowingly use cookies to collect information for advertising purposes from any student under the age of 18. We do not share any student or minor data with any advertising platform. Our data practices for minors are described further in our Privacy Policy.
Managing Your Cookie Preferences
Most web browsers allow you to manage cookies through your settings. You can view, block, or delete cookies through your browser controls, or disable specific types of tracking through browser extensions or opt-out tools. Disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of some parts of the Site, including the ability to sign in.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC). Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, a GPC signal does not change how we handle your information, but where a GPC signal is detected we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of any such sale or sharing.
